Reaching Housing Milestones in Liverpool
Hi, I'm Sam Auty. I'm the Director of All About Rentals Ltd, and I've been a landlord in Liverpool for nearly 15 years. I studied and lived in Liverpool for 8 years, and I'm very loyal to the City of Liverpool.
In April 2022, I founded All About Rentals Ltd with a single mission: to reduce the number of empty properties in Liverpool and offer high quality accommodation for those that need a home.

Government data[1] has confirmed that the number of empty properties in Liverpool has continued to increase since 2014, and in 2021, more than 4,800 properties in Liverpool were empty for at least six months. This exceeds Manchester (2,100 empty properties); Leeds (2,600 empty properties); Sheffield (2,800 empty properties); Blackpool (1,400 empty properties); and Preston (1,000 empty properties).

Empty properties make a significant impact to a road or area as they may:
Fall into disrepair and/or become dilapidated.
Become a target for vandalism, antisocial behaviour and crime.
Cause damage to, and devalue, adjoining properties.
Cause concern to neighbours and a threat to safety.

3-BED PROPERTY, L7
We worked closely with our contractors and architects to develop this vacant and dilapidated property.  It now provides high quality student accommodation and is no longer a target for vandalism, antisocial behaviour and crime.
2-BED PROPERTY, OLD SWAN, L13
For this particular project, we had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our accommodation met the demands of busy family life. This project was completed on time and within budget. It’s a great example of our commitment to the City of Liverpool and reducing concern to neighbours and a threat to safety.
3-BED PROPERTY, L7
This is another example of All About Rentals developing a vacant property that had fallen into disrepair.  It now offers accommodation for those in L7 ward.
2-BED PROPERTY, L9
This is out latest project in L9.  We are currently bringing a tired 2-bed property back to life, and aiming for high quality accommodation for those that need a home the most.
